Whether I am assisting you as a home buyer or seller, I am your primary point of contact and I will manage and oversee all aspects of the process to get us to the closing table! I have developed an exceptional team so that I can ensure that the process is conducted efficiently and with an extremely high level of organization. We will ensure that deadlines are met and that all forms and legal documents are completed and shared with you, and that our team is in constant communication with each other as well as with you.

Tracy Carlson
Tracy is a licensed sales agent that assists me with home showings and also works with me behind the scenes. She works to coordinate with our team to make sure that all hands are on deck to help you. If we are helping you with a home purchase, Tracy will organize our showing schedule and research information about properties that you are interested in viewing. If we are assisting you with your home sale, she works within the established listing timeline and coordinates with our Listing Coordinator to make sure that all of the necessary documents are signed, photography is scheduled, that our marketing strategy is implemented, and that our twice weekly updates are communicated so that you know what's happening at all times.

Margaux Weisman
Margaux is a licensed real estate agent with Brooke Team at eXp Realty. Born in Los Angeles, Margaux moved to Boston at the age of ten and quickly fell in love with New England--its coastlines, its charm, and its rich history. She received her BA with honors in English from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and her MFA in creative writing from The New School. After a stint in television production and a decade-long career as a New York City book editor, Margaux relocated to Providence, RI and transitioned to the world of sales. Whether it is giving an author their first book deal or helping a client buy their first home, Margaux has always loved helping others make their dreams into a reality. Her experience in the fast-paced world of media has made her highly adaptable and an expert problem-solver. Her clients enjoy the benefit of her superior communication skills, her integrity and professionalism, her friendly demeanor, and her passion for guiding people through new processes. Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Margaux is also a homeowner, landlord, and property manager. Having chosen Rhode Island as her forever-home, she is uniquely appreciative of all the Ocean State has to offer and particularly well-equipped to help other transplants looking to put down roots. Outside of work, Margaux enjoys reading, singing, fitness, the beach, DIY projects, and volunteering with Handsome Dan's Rescue. She lives with her husband, who is a middle school English teacher, and their rescue pit bull Roxy.

Andreia Soares
Andreia Soares is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Brooke Team at EXP Realty in Rhode Island. Andreia has been busy working closely with children with disabilities, food insecure communities as well as working in the educational technology space supporting educators with social-emotional learning for the last 8 years; while doing this, the idea of Real Estate was always on her mind. Through her love of interior design, architecture & housing - there was no better time than now to bring her passions to life and start this new career. Christina LaVarnway is a licensed real estate agent with Brooke Team at EXP Realty. A native of Massachusetts and now residing in Cumberland, Rhode Island Christina has extensive knowledge of both states and their hidden gems. Christina has 20+ years retail and sales experience, acting as a manager and a general manager for Ulta Beauty. With this experience, Christina knows exactly what it takes to ensure her Clients are well taken care of, educated and always in the know with the next steps before they happen. She began her real estate path 6 years ago using her talent and passion of staging homes. Christina can look at any space and know exactly what it needs to make it feel like home.
