Role: Team Leader and Mentor
Whether I am assisting you as a home buyer or seller, I am your primary point of contact and I will manage and oversee all aspects of the process to get us to the closing table! I have developed an exceptional team so that I can ensure that the process is conducted efficiently and with an extremely high level of organization. We will ensure that deadlines are met and that all forms and legal documents are completed and shared with you, and that our team is in constant communication with each other as well as with you.
Tracy Carlson
Role: Operations Manager
Tracy will assists me in working behind the scenes and coordinates with the team to make sure that all hands are on deck to help you. If we are helping you with a home purchase, Tracy will organize our showing schedule and research information about properties that you are interested in viewing. If we are assisting you with your home sale, she works within the established listing timeline and coordinates with our Listing Coordinator to make sure that all of the necessary documents are signed, photography is scheduled, that our marketing strategy is implemented, and that our twice weekly updates are communicated so that you know what's happening at all times.
Margaux Weisman, Christina LaVarnway, & Andreia Soares
Role: Partner Showing Agents
Margaux, Christina, & Andreia are licensed agents that have partnered with me to assist me with Buyer showings. They have been trained by me and are highly skilled agents. When I work with home sellers, they are able assist me with open house events, door knocking, phone calling people in the neighborhood and follow up with interested buyers that are generated by our marketing materials, scheduled showings, and more!

Susan Gravitch-Smith
Role: Lead Transaction Coordinator
Once we have an accepted offer and we're under contract, our Transaction Coordinator (TC) will swoop in to oversee the legal documents and closing timeline. Susan will ensure that the Buyers Agent, Attorneys, and lender are connected and in communication. She will generate and disperse Amendments, Extensions, and other documents to the designated parties as directed by Jess. Susan will also make sure that all of your documents are uploaded to the eXp server so that they are accessible for up to seven years. That means if you lose any documents over the years you can count on us to keep them safe!
Sarah Sweetman
Role: Listing Coordinator for Sellers
Sarah will reach out to you once your listing agreement has been signed. There may be additional paperwork that she assists with and she will coordinate with you to schedule the photographer. Sarah will manage inputting the listing details and photos into MLS (Multiple Listing Site). She will also set up the showing platform called ShowingTime and help you to understand how it is used (it’s an extremely organized way for us to schedule showings and generate feedback). Sarah will request your Utility bills and other relevant info that Buyers often request and make sure they’re uploaded into our system so that they can easily be shared. Sarah will also help to coordinate the pre-listing marketing campaign, order the For Sale Sign to be placed, and will mail you a Lockbox that we will use to keep the key(s) to your property accessible for Jess and her Partner Agents. Once the listing is “Live” Sarah’s role has been completed.
