I Partner with Employers to help identify opportunities to offer their employees real estate education and to develop Employee Benefits that will help to put families into homes rather than rentals!
Employer Assisted Housing: creating workplace opportunities
More than ever, employers are looking for ways to retain and attract the best and brightest talent, and Millennial's are looking for the lifestyle perks that will help them achieve their goals. As an employer, you can help employees both financially and by providing access to the right information—all with an aim of increasing happiness and decreasing stress. Be it a stipend toward a down payment, in-office educational seminars, or a dedicated home buying concierge, even the smallest gesture can make a huge impact for first-time buyers navigating the confusing process of home buying.
What are the results?
Increased Productivity: Traditional house hunting is time consuming. Even when most of the work is done after work hours, the extensive process can bleed into regular working hours. Employees will feel the lift of company support and be better equipped to focus on their work responsibilities.
Retention: Buying a home is an emotional process and being an active participant in making that milestone occur for your employees and their families will naturally increase their loyalty to their employer.
Recruiting: 66% of Millennial's report that they would take a new job with a company that provided better perks. In fact, many young workers do want to own homes, they just can’t afford it. This creates an opportunity for employers to support that effort.

The American dream isn’t dead — millennial's want to own homes,
they just can’t afford it.
Offering home buying assistance as a benefit helps to support that effort.
What Do I Offer?
I am dedicated to providing education, resources, and tools to help people create a pathway to financial stability and success through real estate ownership and investment. I’ve developed HomeStart, a workshop series I've created in order to bring empowerment and community engagement directly into the workplace. Created with the busy employee in mind, I partner with employers and organizations to bring valuable and timely information directly into the job place. I understand that buying, renting or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Our partnership can be as simple as offering a lunchtime workshop (free lunch!) to more in-depth work to help your HR or Benefits Broker develop a package that encourages and supports employees when they are ready to purchase their first home or investment property, or when they are ready to sell their property. Businesses have relationships with other stake-holders that could easily be leveraged at no cost but with extremely beneficial returns for their employees. Let's chat!
