Hi Allan! Click on this short video for a message from me!
I've only included the two most recent East Side listings, one of which is pending. Here's additional access to additional listings that I've posted this year. What you don't see from the listings is all of the prep work that I help people do to get the prices that we've been able to get---absolutely making all the difference. 41 Fourth St for example, they live in New Hampshire and I had the second floor painted, the house staged, and negotiated the price far above what it "should" have sold for. I had several agents call me & couldn't believe it sold so high considering the location & layout. The sellers didn't want to do anything to the property & almost went with a different agent. We listed at $499k and sold for $542k. No one is impressed with over asking offers these days but I leveraged multiple offers to get the very best offer & hands down I know it wouldn't have happened without my efforts.
I work hard to make sure my clients understand the process. To that end, I have a YouTube channel as well as educational blog posts. Here are my posts specifically for Sellers. You're not new to real estate so this may all be old hat to you but perhaps there's a tidbit or two you find useful!
There are a lot of great agents in Providence & I'm sure it's not an easy decision. Let me know if you have any questions!
